When you select the Review workspace:

| 🟢 Within Range | Low <= Logged Work <= High | Successful estimation. The range accurately captured technical complexity and delivery time. |
| 🔵 Under Low Estimate | Logged Work < Low Estimate | The task was simpler than anticipated or the estimate was overly padded. |
| 🟡 Never Estimated | Estimate is Undefined | Work was completed without prior estimation (identifying unestimated creep or operational noise). |
