Rules are displayed as simple English sentences that you can point and click to change. Rules are made up of simple building blocks, but these can be configured to provide the complex behaviours you need for your reports.

This reference outlines the details about the components that make up rules and how they fit together. However the simplest way to learn is just to simply create a template and point and click in Intelligent Reports to get the rule you want. Try it - you will be amazed how easy it is.
